When selecting some links, you will be prompted with a Username and Password. If you press Cancel, an error page will be displayed indicating that there was an incorrect entry. If that happens press the back button, renter the Username and Password, and press Sign in. If an incorrect Username or Password is entered, the login window stays open so that you can try again. There is no limit on the try again. The Username and Password are provided to the residents via TownSq, News Letter, Board Meetings, Voice Messaging, and email blast. Budget AnalysisThis analysis is performed by a member of the Website Committee. All Analysis is unofficial and does not represent formal analysis performed by the HOA accounting staff. There will be expected differences as money is allocated to different buckets (roll up budget items) and different assumptions are used for the allocations. There is also human error.
