Budget Analysis
This analysis is performed by a member of the Website Committee.
All Analysis is unofficial and does not represent formal analysis performed by the HOA accounting staff. There will be expected differences as money is allocated to different buckets (roll up budget items) and different assumptions are used for the allocations. There is also human error. Note: There is only a 6 month growing season so double all landscaping & irrigation numbers to get get a feel for monthly cost.
Using google maps the community size is approximately (see
Master Plan):
- Total area: 4,494,416.44 ft² (417,544.95 m²) or 103 Acres
- Total distance: 2.63 mi (4.23 km)
The house density is exteremely high and the actual land area is much smaller.
The landscaping is probably 20%, so there is about 20 acres of green area
to maintain.
