The Architectural Control Committee

Mar-Oct
2d and 4th Wednesday

The ACC meets every second and fourth Wednesday beginning in March and ending in October. Any landscape or hardscape project must be submitted to the committee for their review and approval. The goal and mandate of the committee is to help maintain the overall excellent appearance of our homes and community. Should any homeowner wish to initiate a landscaping or hardscape project, they are to pick up a blue application form explaining the scope of the project. These forms can be obtained from the Community Manager. Once the application is complete, it is then submitted to the Community Manager, who in turn will share it with members of the ACC for review. We ask the homeowners to thoroughly review the application before completing it, as it asks for four specific items that must be included in the final application. The first meeting of the ACC is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12th. The committee members look forward to working with homeowners who submit applications in a timely fashion, so they can move forward with their respective projects. Thanks, and think Spring!

Previous Announcements - 2024

Billiards Club update. The Billiards Club will meet at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, October 16th in the Grande Room at the Clubhouse. At the meeting we will meet the new Billiards Club Committee, and discuss the upcoming billiards (8-Ball) season. One of the main goals of the Billiards Club Committee going forward is to increase membership in the club by encouraging and welcoming new residents as well as previous players back into the Billiards Room. The committee has several ideas to accomplish this goal and looks forward to discussing them with all interested players at the meeting. In the meantime, the sign-up sheet for the 2024-2025 Billiards season is posted on the bulletin board. Interested players should sign up as an individual rather than as a team. Please be sure to indicate your preferred day of play, Wednesday or Thursday or “either”. Sep 25, 2024 12:58 pm.
